This sturdy base features placeholders for interchangeable, quarterly-updated posters, allowing easy updates with tape that can be applied and removed without damage.
The communication centre is divided into four key sections:
- Main Educational Poster: Positioned prominently, this eye-catching area is updated quarterly and covers a range of retail sales topics to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Team and Department Stats: This section is dedicated to tracking sales goals, shrink reduction targets, and departmental performance. It’s designed to give team members a clear view of their achievements and areas for improvement.
- Company Values & Employee Engagement: This area reinforces REI's core values, customer service practices, and internal culture guidelines. By emphasizing how team members should interact with both customers and each other, it helps build a strong, positive workplace culture.
